following area:
The entire county of Arlington, VA.
The entire city limits of Falls Church, VA.
All of Fairfax County, VA excluding the northern, western, and southern portions, split using the
designated highways and roadways below:
From the northern edge of the territory, moving counterclockwise, the boundary begins where the
intersection of Custis Memorial Parkway (66 Express Inside the Beltway) meets at the border of
the city of Falls Church and the Fairfax County line.
From the 66 Express, the boundary continues southwest until reaching the intersection of Interstate
495 (Capital Beltway Outer Loop).
From I-495, the boundary moves south, southwest, and eventually southeast until reaching the
intersection of Interstate 395 (Henry G. Shirley Memorial Highway).
From I-395, marking the southernmost point of the territory, the boundary moves northeast until
reaching the intersection of the Fairfax County and the city of Alexandria lines.
From the intersection of the I-395 at the Fairfax County and Alexandria city line, the remainder of
the territory’s boundary follows the Alexandria city line, with the western and norther portions of
Fairfax County being part of the exclusive territory, and then following the Arlington County line
along the Potomac River, the Pentagon Lagoon Yacht Basin, and the Boundary Channel, with the
entirety of Arlington County being part of the exclusive territory.

area:
The entire city limits of Fairfax, VA.
All of Fairfax County, VA excluding the northern and eastern portions, split using the designated
highways and roadways below:
From the southernmost point of the territory, moving counterclockwise, the boundary begins
where the intersection of Interstate 95 (I-95) meets at the border of the Prince William County line
and the Fairfax County line.
From I-95 the boundary continues northeast and north until reaching the intersection of Interstate
495 (Capital Beltway Outer Loop).
From I-495, the boundary moves northwest and north until reaching the intersection of Interstate
66 Express (66 Express Outside the Beltway).
From I-66, the boundary moves southwest until reaching the intersection of U.S. Route 50 (Route
50).
From Route 50, the boundary moves northwest until reaching the intersection of State Road 286
(Fairfax County Parkway).
From SR-286, the boundary moves north, northwest, and eventually northeast until reaching the
intersection of State Road 267 (Dulles Access Road).
From SR-267, the boundary moves west and northwest until reaching the intersection of the
Fairfax County line and the Loudoun County line. The remainder of the territory’s boundary
follows the Fairfax County line moving along the Loudoun County line and the Prince William
County line.
Territory 4 McLean – Reston – Vienna, VA The protected territory for the McLean – Reston – Vienna, VA Territory consists of the following
area:
All of Fairfax County, VA excluding the southeastern portion, split using the designated highways
and roadways below:
From the southwestern edge of the territory, moving counterclockwise, the boundary of the
territory boundary begins where the border of Loudoun County and Fairfax County meet on State
Road 267 (Dulles Access Road).
The boundary then moves east along SR-267 until reaching the intersection of State Road 286
(Fairfax County Parkway).
From SR-286, the boundary moves southwest and then southeast along the Fairfax County
Parkway until reaching U.S. Route 50 (Route 50).
At Route 50, the boundary of the territory moves southeast until the intersection with Interstate 66
Express (66 Express Outside the Beltway), which marks the southernmost point of the territory.
From I-66, the boundary moves northeast eventually becoming Custis Memorial Parkway (66
Express Inside the Beltway) and continues northeast, then southeast, until reaching the intersection
of the Fairfax County and Arlington County border.
From the intersection of the I-66 Express at the Fairfax County and Arlington County line, the
remainder of the territory’s boundary follows the Fairfax County line, with the north and
northwestern portion of Fairfax County being the exclusive territory

area:
The entire city limits of Alexandria, VA.
All of Fairfax County, VA excluding the northwest portion, split using the designated highways
and roadways below:
Moving counterclockwise, the northwestern boundary of the territory continues from the
intersection of the Interstate 395 (Henry G. Shirley Memorial Highway), Alexandra City, and the
Fairfax County line.
The western boundary of the territory moves southwest and south along I-395, eventually
becoming Interstate 95 until reaching the intersection of the Fairfax County and Prince William
County line.
From the intersection of I-95 at the Fairfax County and Prince William County line, the remainder
of the territory’s boundary follows the Fairfax County line along the Occoquan River, Belmont
Bay, the Potomac River, Gunston Cove, and Dogue Creek, with the eastern and southern portion
of Fairfax County being part of the exclusive territory.
